Ciao! I am Heather, or Erica in Italian. I had seen an advertisement for this house in a magazine and arranged to visit Le Marche for the first time to look at it in February, 2018. By May, it was ours. My husband and I cleaned up the property, made some changes, added the pool, the garden areas, and built the casetta. Our first summer season was 2020.
We live in Florida, but our caretaker lives nearby and is available for anything you might need onsite.
I speak English, Italian, and some French, and am available by phone, sms, whatsapp, Telegram, skype, and email and can help you plan a fabulous holiday, from making suggestions and reservations to arranging day trips or special events. I love to share our favorite place in the world. :)
