Description
Perfect for families. Casa Pace e Gioia is on 8 acres in the quiet countryside hills of Le Marche, Italy. The restored traditional Marche farmhouse has four bedrooms and four bathrooms (2 ensuite). A sleeper sofa in the living room increases sleeping space to 9-10 guests. The private pool, for your exclusive use, has a pool bathroom and a heated outdoor shower that overlooks our olive grove and grapevines. Our free fast wifi extends to every room in the house and throughout the garden and pool area.
Enjoy breathtaking views of medieval hilltop towns, the Sibillini Mountains, and rolling fields. Our expansive garden, the covered poolside casetta with two hanging chairs, and the outdoor dining area were all designed to optimize the views. No nearby neighbors will disrupt your relaxing peace and tranquility. Immersed in nature, yet Tolentino, with its market, sights, and restaurants is only a 10-minute drive.
Prepare your own meals in our well-equipped kitchen or enjoy delivered restaurant meals at our custom-built dining tables, both inside or outside under the loggia. We can also arrange private chefs to come cook and serve typical local cuisine, and clean up afterwards!
The Blue Flag beaches of Civitanova Marche are only 35 minutes away. Sirolo, Numana, and the Conero coast beaches and water sports are one hour's drive. The Sibillini Mountain National Park, with plentiful hiking and bicycle trails is 35 minutes away. We are within minutes of several award-winning wineries that make excellent and affordable wines and welcome tours and tastings. In ten minutes you can enjoy the Natural Reserve at the Abbadia di Fiastra or admire the ancient roman ruins of Urbs Salvia. Many of Italy's best outlet stores are in the area if you want to take home something "Made in Italy" at a significant discount!

Ciao! I am Heather, or Erica in Italian. I had seen an advertisement for this house in a magazine and arranged to visit Le Marche for the first time to look at it in February, 2018. By May, it was ours. My husband and I cleaned up the property, made some changes, added the pool, the garden areas, and built the casetta. Our first summer season was 2020.
We live in Florida, but our caretaker lives nearby and is available for anything you might need onsite.
I speak English, Italian, and some French, and am available by phone, sms, whatsapp, Telegram, skype, and email and can help you plan a fabulous holiday, from making suggestions and reservations to arranging day trips or special events. I love to share our favorite place in the world. :
