A cozy and quiet holiday location in old Genoa,it is furnished with typical Ligurian care and style. It is very quiet though in the heart of the city and is well served by public transport, shops and local markets, walking range of museums and cultural sites.
L’alloggio è ampio e confortevole, situato al terzo piano di uno stabile, è dotato di ascensore e riscaldamento centralizzato. E' composto da:
-una camera matrimoniale
-un soggiorno con divano letto (due posti letto a 1 piazza)
-un ingresso
-una piccola cucina attrezzata e fornita di piano cottura e forno a gas, forno a microonde, frigorifero, lavatrice, non asciugatrice
-un piccolo bagno rifatto con doccia, boiler elettrico , asciugacapelli
-mini casse acustiche bluetooth, per smartphone, tablet e pc.
-non è presente il WIFI e la TV !! ci sono libri e riviste
La zona centralissima è ben servita dai mezzi pubblici e dalla metropolitana, dagli esercizi commerciali e dai mercati rionali; è il luogo ideale per raggiungere siti museali, culturali e turistici, nonché le strutture universitarie. La zona "monte" offre escursioni e passeggiate in salita fino ad arrivare alla collina del Righi
