Ideale per una coppia o una famiglia, ci sono anche una piccola cameretta con letto a castello e un terrazzino su cui si con tavolo e 4 sedie. In a great location, just behind the pine forest that runs along the promenade, 80m from the beach, on the border between Pescara and Montesilvano. A very short distance from the park road, and bike path. In the immediate vicinity, there are all services: supermarkets, grocery stores, tobacconists, ice cream parlors, bars, restaurants, pizzerias, pharmacy, playground, swimming pool Naiadi, bike path, and public services. Ideal for a couple or a family, there is also a small bedroom with bunk beds and a terrace on which you with table and 4 chairs.
