A Marina di Campo, a dieci minuti a piedi alla spiaggia e 13 al paese, in una zona tranquilla e immersa nella natura, Oasi Vacanza della nostra famiglia vi aspetta per il vostro soggiorno di pace e relax nell'appartamento La Bouganvillae al piano terra rialzato della villa a due piani, con la sua area di giardino esclusiva, attrezzata e illuminata, perfetto per famiglie numerose da 5 a 8 ospiti più eventuale nono letto con brandina.
Sono presenti 3 camere, due bagni, cucina ben attrezzata e funzionale, ripostiglio, due balconi. L'appartamento arredato in stile vintage è 109 mq, vi sono due tv, pale a tetto e ventilatori, phon, lavatrice, asse e ferro da stiro, rilevatore di fumi e monossido, sul retro vi è l'area barbecue in pietra e i giochi per i più piccoli, quest'area è in comune con il primo piano, i posti auto sono nel piazzale sul retro;
all'interno della proprietà vivono anche dei gatti molto affettuosi e numerosi ricci, oltre a moltissime specie di uccellini che fanno il nido negli alti alberi di acacia e mimosa.
Forniamo biciclette in uso gratuito dietro piccola cauzione, per muoversi in libertà e fare una pausa da auto, scooter e stress
