Casa Mantel is a recently renovated period house located in the historic center of Novello, in the heart of the medieval village, a few steps from the fascinating Castle. It has a magnificent location, directly overlooking one of the most spectacular viewpoints in the country with views of Monviso.



The apartment is cozy and bright, finely furnished with natural materials and antique furniture and accessories, in full respect of the identity and history of the house. It is located on the ground floor, fully accessible and barrier-free inside. At the entrance you will be welcomed by a breathtaking view of the wine-growing panorama of the Langa Unesco heritage surrounded by the Alpine arc of Monviso.

The house is ideal for two / three people, a couple or a family who want to spend a relaxing holiday and enjoy the food and wine, the landscapes and the territory of the Langa. The quiet area of the old village allows a holiday in total relaxation and with private spaces, for maximum discretion and privacy.

Novello is an attractive village in the Langa del Barolo, located less than 10 km from the municipalities of Barolo, La Morra and Monforte is an excellent point of stay to organize visits to the wineries of the area and reach the main points of landscape and food and wine interest in the area.

Let yourself be enchanted by the views of the historic center and the numerous panoramic points overlooking the hills, the Unesco heritage vineyards of the Langhe and the Alpine arc of Monviso. Wine bars, wineries and the many restaurants in the center are all within easy walking distance. In the village there are also edible shops, a gas station and the post office.

In the area, in addition to the cellars and the municipal wine shop where it is possible to organize visits and tastings, it is also possible to do outdoor activities in nature. Come and try the many hiking trails, go cycling or horseback riding, Vespa rides or hot air balloon flights. Also recommended is a visit to Alta Langa, to discover the flavors and landscapes of the high lands. The cities of Alba and Bra, famous respectively for the Truffle Fair and the Cheese event, are only 18 km away.

Novello is 80 km from the city of Turin and 60 km from the city of Cuneo, and is located in a privileged position halfway between sea and mountains. In an hour's drive you can reach the seaside resorts in Liguria (Novello is 90 km from Savona) and the mountains of the Cuneo valleys
