In tre minuti si può raggiungere il traghetto delle gondole per approdare allo storico e vivace mercato del pesce e frutta di Rialto. Dall’Aeroporto si arriva in 30’ con Alilaguna alla fermata che dista pochi minuti dall’appartamento. Oppure il taxi dacqua vi porta a 50 mt da casa in 25. Da Piazzale Roma il vaporetto impiega 15’ dalla Stazione 12’. Nelle immediate vicinanze tutto ciò che vi può servire: supermercati, farmacie, negozi di tutti i generi, ristoranti, bar, biblioteche, Chiese, Banche, vaporetti
