Description
Our eco-house is made entirely of wood and is therefore anti-seismic and free of moisture. Hot water is produced by solar panels, while electricity is generated by photovoltaic panels, the vegetable garden and garden are irrigated with rainwater recovered from recycled tanks.
Your stay in this place will have a very low environmental impact. And if you come with the electric car you can charge it from our wallbox (type 2 connection).
Immersed in the countryside of Pollutri is just 5 km from the motorway exit, the ss16 and a few minutes from Vasto, the Reserve of Don Venanzio and the Costa dei Trabocchi where there is the beach of Punta Penna, the nature reserve of Punta Aderci, the beach of Casalbordino and the beach of Mottagrossa
